Richard Fletcher is currently the business editor of The Times.
He had been a financial journalist for over two decades - apart from a "sabbatical" as editor of - during which time he learnt all about the appeal of Victoria's Secret picture galleries.
Previous roles include city editor of the Daily Telegraph and Sunday Times. He has also worked for the Sunday Telegraph, Sunday Business and Investors Chronicle.

This year's CIPR Corporate and Financial Group summer party will be on Tuesday 12 June at Rathbones. Plans are in progress and this is a networking event not to be missed. The guests usually comprise a mixture of individuals and groups and it is a great opportunity for members of the industry to meet informally over drinks and canap├ęs.
